28 for Upper Teeth, 28 for Lower Teeth

Noticeably Whiter Teeth Guaranteed in Just 14 Days
White Teeth for At Least 6 Months
Same Enamel-Safe Ingredient That Dentists Use
Use Crest Whitestrips every six months or as needed to maintain whiteness. If your teeth are significantly discolored, you may need to use 2 boxes of Crest Whitestrips initially to get the desired result. We recommend using a Crest whitening toothpaste to gently polish away surface stains daily.

Your Dentist and Crest Want to Help Keep Your Teeth Healthy. Visit your dentist regularly. Crest Whitestrips are not a substitute for regular dental care.

Money-Back Guarantee:
Use all of the upper strips first. If your teeth are not noticeably whiter, return all the lower strips for a full refund. See Package Insert for full details.

Directions:
Use All of the Upper Strips First (14 Days)

Upper Teeth:

Place strip on lower teeth, aligning the bottom of strip with your gum line.
Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place.

Ingredients:
Purified Water, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide, Carbopol 956, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Stannate

Warnings:
Patients should consult their dentist to determine if whitening is appropriate. This is especially important for patients with many fillings, crowns and extremely dark stains such as medication staining.

If you have dental work:
Crest Whitestrips only whiten natural teeth. The strips will not whiten caps, crowns, veneers or fillings. (However, they will not harm dental work either.)

Tooth Sensitivity:
Your teeth may become sensitive when using Crest Whitestrips. This is common with products containing peroxide and is not harmful. The sensitivity will go away if you stop using the strips for a day or two. Refer to the Package Insert for more information.

Do not swallow plastic strip.
Do not get gel material in eyes.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Consult your dentist for use in children under the age of 12.
