Boil and bite your try for 10 seconds, next apply the whitening gel, and then finally place the custom whitening tray into your mouth for 20-30 minutes.
Please note that although Beauty White's professional teeth custom whitening trays do not harm fillings, crowns and caps, it will not whitening fillings crowns or caps.
The whitening gel used by the Beauty White Professional Custom Whitening Tray is safe and contains water, hydroxen peroxide (the same enamel safe ingredient found in Crest Whitestrips as well as dentist whitening systems), ammonium hydroxide, and spearmint.

Avoid prolonged contact with gums. This product is not recommended for use in children under 14 years of age. Avoid contact with eyes. If tooth sensitivity or gum irritation occur, stop using the Beauty White Professional Custom Whitening Tray and and consult a dentist. Beauty White uses the same enamel safe ingredient as your dentist and is safe to use. This product is not harmful to fillings, crowns and caps. Store in a cool place and avoid direct sun light. Do not use while wearing dental braces.

 Boil a pot of water and then submerge your dental tray into pot for 5-15 seconds. You will see the dental tray begin to wilt. (Keeping the dental tray submerged too long will cause it to shrink.)
 Place the dental tray into your mouth and press it against the front of your teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let it cool and your dental tray is now perfectly molded to your teeth.
 Cut the handle of the dental tray. (You will only need to conduct the custom dental tray procedure once for each dental tray, not each time you conduct your whitening session.
 Each syringe contain 6 treatments. Repeat this process with other dental tray. Place upper and lower dental tray into your mouth for 20-30 minutes. Repeat this process twice a day for 4-9 days
